TMA Study Group | Downriver Communities

This study group session is intended for Steering Committee Members only, plus a few private stakeholders invited by each city manager. We will unveil the Target Market Analysis results and housing opportunities in five downriver communities, including 1) Romulus; 2) River Rouge; 3) Lincoln Park; 4) Wyandotte; and 5) Trenton. Two hours will be dedicated to reviewing and discussing the study results, with a one-hour lunch break. Also in the Detroit Metro Prosperity Region 10, a similar housing study has recently been completed for the City of Royal Oak.
