TMA Study Group | The City of Royal Oak

An informal public study group session to review the TMA results for the City of Royal Oak. The study includes a special focus on opportunities for Missing Middle Housing in the city’s unique and vibrant downtown. The city is an ideal location for new townhouses, row houses, and lofts or flats in transitional locations. Also in the Detroit Metro Prosperity Region 10, similar studies have recently been completed for five downriver communities (Romulus, River Rouge, Lincoln Park, Wyandotte, and Trenton).
