TMA Study Groups | Port Huron Morning Meeting

An informal gathering of stakeholders to review analytic results from the Target Market Analysis (TMA) for the City of Port Huron. We will also discuss implications for planning and implementation for the city’s downtown districts, Desmond Landing, and waterfront areas. Topics will include strategies for diversifying the city’s demographic composition among migrating target markets that are seeking Missing Middle Housing formats in the county and region. A prior TMA study has also been completed for the City of St. Clair and all of St. Clair County.
