What | Flint Small Developer Training Workshop

Principles and implementation mechanisms behind neighborhood based development projects. This session will provide specialized training for small projects, such as 1-3 story buildings with less than 20 units, and residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. Workshop will include presentations on finance, design, and site selection; and networking opportunities. It will also explain the steps to becoming a small developer, or creating a supportive ecosystem for small development.
